We felt some of these planners are not up to our quality standard to be sold at full price but are still beautiful and functions perfectly. We decided to sell them at a discount instead of creating more waste to our planet earth.

If you'd like to see the defect, please leave in the note section "confirmation email required" at check out. Our associate will email you photos of the defect and wait for your confirmation before shipping the item. If you are unhappy with the defect, we will issue a full refund on your order. Once the product is shipped, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE will be accepted.

Tracking: We ship all parcels via Canada Post. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For more detailed updates, we recommend tracking through the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
UK VAT: UK orders over GBP135 (not including shipping) will ONLY be charged VAT on shipping postage at checkout. VAT on the product will be charged separately at delivery by the local customs.
VAT: If your UK order is over GBP135 (excluding shipping) or your EU order is over EURO150 (excluding shipping), you will only be charged VAT on the shipping postage at checkout. VAT on the product will be charged separately at the time of delivery by local customs.
For orders under the above specified value (excluding shipping), VAT will be charged at the time of order placement.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made BEFORE a parcel is shipped. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an address change, it will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are only accepted on OPEN ORDERS. Please contact us via email shop@auraestelle.com or online chat as soon as you place the orders. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we CANNOT GUARANTEE combined shipping for orders that have already been fulfilled or requests outside of our business hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Missing/Unavailable Items: If one or more items in your order are missing or unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will reach out to you via email. If we do not receive a response within 20 days from our first email, we will have to refund the item and ship any remaining items in your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Canada & USA & International: all orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please refer to the table below for the corresponding service and estimated delivery time in business days. Please note that this estimate does not include weekends or holidays, and delivery time is not guaranteed. Canada Post can sometimes take longer than quoted. All orders come with tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please be patient as tracking may be slow to update online.
