Estelle Points Program Terms

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. The program. Estelle Points is a promotional rewards program offered by Aura Estelle (“we,” “us”). Points are issued as store credit to your Aura Estelle customer account. 100 points = $1 of store credit in the currency of your original order. Points and store credit have no cash value, are not a gift card or gift certificate, cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

2. Earning points. Eligible orders earn 3 points per $1 of the merchandise subtotal after discounts (shipping, taxes, and gift card purchases do not earn points). Points are issued automatically after payment — no enrollment required. We may offer limited-time promotional earn rates.

3. Welcome bonus. A one-time bonus of 500 points ($5) is available to first-time customers whose first-ever order is placed through a participating creator’s link or code. Limit one per customer. Customers with prior purchase history do not qualify. We may verify eligibility.

3a. Referrals. Registered customers may share a personal referral code. Your friend’s code is for 1,000 points ($10) off a single order of $50 or more (before shipping and tax) and is valid only for genuine first-time customers — someone with no prior paid order from the same account or shipping address. After your friend places their first qualifying paid order of $50 or more, you receive a 500-point ($5) store-credit reward. The reward is added only after that order is paid (not at checkout), is limited to 10 referral rewards per calendar month, and does not apply to self-referrals. If your friend’s qualifying order is later refunded or cancelled, the reward is reversed. Referral codes are for personal, non-commercial sharing only (no posting to coupon, deal, or public discount sites), and we may withhold or recover rewards for abuse.

3b. Birthday gift. If you add your birthday to your account, we send a one-time 500-point ($5) off code, valid on a single order of $50 or more (before shipping and tax), once per calendar year during your birthday month. The code is single-use, locked to your account, and valid for 30 days from the date we issue it. We collect only the month and day of your birthday for this purpose — not the year.

4. Using points. Points are redeemed as store credit at checkout while signed in to your account. When applied, your available credit is used up to the order total; any remainder stays in your account. There is no minimum to use the store credit you’ve earned, and nothing to convert — it applies automatically with one tap. (The $50 minimum described in §4a applies only to birthday and referral gift codes, which are separate from your points balance.)

4a. Gift codes (birthday & referral). Birthday and referral rewards are issued as discount codes, which work differently from the store credit you earn from purchases. Each gift code: (a) requires a single order of $50 or more (before shipping and tax); (b) is limited to one per customer per code and is locked to the account it was issued to; (c) cannot be combined or stacked with other discount codes; (d) expires 30 days after it is issued; and (e) cannot be used to buy gift cards or be redeemed for cash. The store credit you earn from purchases (§2) has no minimum and no code — only these gift codes carry the $50 minimum.

4b. Newsletter signup. Subscribing to our email marketing earns a one-time 100 points ($1) of store credit. Limit one per customer. This credit is currently issued in US dollars; if you check out in Canadian dollars, you may need to place a US-dollar order to apply it.

5. Expiry. Your earned points do not currently expire. Once store credit is issued to your account — whether from purchases (§2), a welcome bonus (§3), a referral reward (§3a), or a newsletter signup (§4b) — it remains available until you use it. (Birthday and referral gift codes under §4a are the only exception: each such code expires 30 days after it is issued.) We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to introduce an expiry period in the future; if we do, we will post advance notice and it will apply only to points earned after the change takes effect — points already in your account keep their non-expiring status. Your balance is always visible in your account at account.auraestelle.com.

6. Returns and cancellations. Points earned on items that are refunded are deducted when the refund is issued. If any part of an order that earned a creator welcome bonus (§3) or a referral reward (§3a) is refunded or cancelled — including a partial refund — the full 500-point ($5) bonus or referral reward is deducted. If points have already been spent, we deduct from the remaining balance.

7. Fair use. We may withhold, deduct, or revoke points and/or suspend program participation in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulation (including multiple accounts, false identities, self-referrals or referrals between members of the same household or shipping address, or systematic purchase-and-return behavior). To confirm first-time-customer and referral eligibility and to prevent abuse, we may review order details, including names and shipping addresses. If points are credited or removed in error — for example, a technical glitch or duplicate credit — we may also correct your balance to reflect what you should have earned. We’ll notify you where practicable if we take action and explain why.

8. Changes to the program. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time on a prospective basis with notice posted on this page. This includes changing the earn rate (currently 3 points per $1), adjusting or ending bonuses and rewards, and changing how the program works. Any change applies only to orders or activity after it takes effect. Credit already issued to your account keeps its full value — changes never reduce what you’ve already earned, and because earned credit does not expire (§5), it stays available to you.

8a. Currency. Store credit earned from purchases is issued in the currency of your original order (USD or CAD) and applies at a checkout in that same currency. Two rewards — the newsletter credit (§4b) and the referral reward (§3a) — are currently issued in US dollars only; if you check out in Canadian dollars, you may need to place a US-dollar order to use them.

9. Eligibility & general. The program is open to account holders who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction; we may verify eligibility. The program is void where prohibited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the program is limited to the value of credit issued to your account. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Questions: care@auraestelle.com.

10. General provisions. (a) These terms control — if anything on our website, in marketing, email, or other materials conflicts with these terms, these terms control. (b) Our determinations — except in the case of manifest error, our records of your point balance and our determinations about eligibility, earning, redemption, and the meaning of these terms are final. (c) “As is” — the program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may pause or temporarily suspend earning or redemption for maintenance or to correct errors. (d) No waiver — if we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. (e) Severability — if any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. (f) Assignment — you may not transfer or assign your points or participation; we may assign or transfer the program and these terms, including in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. (g) Acceptance — by participating, including earning or redeeming points, you agree to these terms, as updated under §8. (h) Taxes — any tax that may apply to rewards you receive is your responsibility. (i) Privacy — how we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy at auraestelle.com/policies/privacy-policy. (j) Limitation of liability — to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the program, and our total liability is limited as set out in §9. (k) A privilege, not a right — participation in the program is a privilege we offer, not a right; we may suspend or end your participation, or the program itself, as set out in these terms. (l) Time to bring a claim — to the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the program must be started within one year after the event that gave rise to it.

11. Dispute resolution and arbitration (U.S. customers). Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and limits class actions. This section applies only to customers who are residents of the United States, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and does not apply where prohibited. (a) Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to contact us at care@auraestelle.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. (b) Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Estelle Points program or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. (c) Class-action waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action; the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims. (d) Small-claims exception. Either of us may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court. (e) 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver section by emailing care@auraestelle.com within 30 days of first participating in the program, stating your name and that you opt out; opting out does not affect the rest of these terms. (f) Severability. If the class-action waiver in (c) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim alone will proceed in court and the rest of this section still applies.
