Estelle Points Program Terms

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. The program. Estelle Points gives you points back on every purchase at your tier rate — 3, 4, or 5 points per $1 (see §3); new and Bronze members earn 3 points per $1 (3%) — plus a few one-time bonuses. It is a promotional rewards program offered by Aura Estelle ("we," "us"). Points are issued as store credit to your Aura Estelle customer account. 100 points = $1 of store credit in the currency of your original order. Points and store credit have no cash value, are not a gift card or gift certificate, cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

2. Earning points. You earn points on every purchase at your tier rate — 3, 4, or 5 points per $1 (see §3); new and Bronze members earn 3 points per $1 (and 100 points = $1) — calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes, and gift card purchases do not earn points. Points are issued automatically as store credit after payment — no enrollment required. We may offer limited-time promotional earn rates.

3. Member tiers. Estelle Points has three member tiers, based on how much you've spent with us in the trailing 12 months:

Tier Qualifying spend (trailing 12 months) Earn rate
Bronze $0+ 3 points per $1 (3%)
Silver $150+ 4 points per $1 (4%)
Gold $250+ 5 points per $1 (5%)

(a) Qualifying spend is your net spend on paid orders over the trailing 365 days — your order totals (including shipping and taxes), after discounts and minus refunds — measured in USD. Cancelled orders don't count. (Qualifying spend is measured on order totals; points are still earned on the merchandise subtotal only, per §2.) (b) Tiers move in both directions. We recalculate tiers regularly (at least weekly). You move up as soon as a recalculation finds you past a threshold, and you move down when older orders age out of the trailing 12-month window. Your tier at the time an order is placed determines that order's earn rate; a later tier change doesn't retroactively change points already earned. (c) Birthday month. The birthday double-points bonus (§4a) doubles your tier rate — Bronze earns 6%, Silver 8%, Gold 10% during your birthday month. (d) Tiers have no cash value, can't be bought, transferred, or guaranteed, and we may adjust tier thresholds, rates, or benefits prospectively per §9 (changes to the program). Points already earned keep their value.

4. Welcome bonus. A one-time bonus of 200 points ($2) is available to first-time customers whose first-ever order is placed through a participating creator's link or code. Limit one per customer. Customers with prior purchase history do not qualify. We may verify eligibility.

4a. Birthday bonus. During your birthday month, your purchases earn double points — your tier earn rate (§3) is doubled: for example, a Bronze member earns 6% instead of 3%, and a Gold member earns 10% instead of 5% (points per $1 of merchandise subtotal), applied automatically. To qualify, add your birthday to your account before you order; we use only the month and day (not the year). Your birthday can be set only once and cannot be changed afterward, so please set it carefully. It must be on file before your birthday month to count that year — a birthday added or changed during your birthday month applies from the following year, not the current one. You must make a purchase during your birthday month to earn the bonus — there is no code and nothing to redeem, and the bonus is not capped. Birthday points are store credit like any other points (§1) and expire on the same basis (§6).

5. Using points. Points are redeemed as store credit at checkout while signed in to your account. When applied, your available credit is used up to the order total; any remainder stays in your account. There is no minimum to use the store credit you've earned, and nothing to convert — it applies automatically with one tap.

5b. Newsletter signup. Subscribing to our email marketing — and confirming your subscription through the confirmation email we send you — earns a one-time 100 points ($1) of store credit; the credit is issued when your subscription is confirmed, and an unconfirmed signup does not earn it. Limit one per customer. This credit is currently issued in US dollars; if you check out in Canadian dollars, you may need to place a US-dollar order to apply it.

6. Expiry. Points you earn from purchases (§2) expire 365 days after the date you earn them, except as set out below. We show the expiry date on your account, and — if you receive our emails — we also send you a reminder before your credit expires so you have time to use it. Exceptions and protections: (a) Ontario and Quebec residents — your earned points do not expire; the 365-day period does not apply to you. The same applies whenever we can't determine your province — with no province on file, your points do not expire. (b) Prospective only — the 365-day expiry applies only to points earned on or after June 19, 2026; any credit in your account before then keeps its original non-expiring status. (c) One-time bonus credits (the welcome bonus §4 and the newsletter credit §5b) expire 365 days after we issue them, on the same basis and subject to the same protections above — no expiry for Ontario and Quebec residents, and no expiry where we can't determine your province. Your balance and expiry dates are always visible in your account at account.auraestelle.com.

7. Returns and cancellations. Points earned on items that are refunded are deducted when the refund is issued. If any part of an order that earned a creator welcome bonus (§4) is refunded or cancelled — including a partial refund — the full 200-point ($2) bonus is deducted. If points have already been spent, we deduct from the remaining balance.

8. Fair use. We may withhold, deduct, or revoke points and/or suspend program participation in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulation (including multiple accounts, false identities, or systematic purchase-and-return behavior). To confirm first-time-customer eligibility and to prevent abuse, we may review order details, including names and shipping addresses. If points are credited or removed in error — for example, a technical glitch or duplicate credit — we may also correct your balance to reflect what you should have earned. We'll notify you where practicable if we take action and explain why.

9. Changes to the program. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time on a prospective basis with notice posted on this page. This includes changing earn rates (currently 3, 4, or 5 points per $1 depending on your tier, §3), adjusting tier thresholds and benefits (§3), adjusting or ending bonuses and rewards, and changing how the program works. Any change applies only to orders or activity after it takes effect. Credit already issued to your account keeps its full value — changes never reduce what you've already earned, and any new expiry rule applies only to points earned after it takes effect (§6).

9a. Currency. Store credit earned from purchases is issued in the currency of your original order (USD or CAD) and applies at a checkout in that same currency. The newsletter credit (§5b) is currently issued in US dollars only; if you check out in Canadian dollars, you may need to place a US-dollar order to use it.

10. Eligibility & general. The program is open to account holders who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their province or state, whichever is greater); we may verify eligibility. The program is void where prohibited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the program is limited to the value of credit issued to your account. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Questions: care@auraestelle.com.

11. General provisions. (a) These terms control — if anything on our website, in marketing, email, or other materials conflicts with these terms, these terms control. (b) Our determinations — except in the case of manifest error, our records of your point balance and our determinations about eligibility, earning, redemption, and the meaning of these terms are final. (c) "As is" — the program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may pause or temporarily suspend earning or redemption for maintenance or to correct errors. (d) No waiver — if we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. (e) Severability — if any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. (f) Assignment — you may not transfer or assign your points or participation; we may assign or transfer the program and these terms, including in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. (g) Acceptance — by participating, including earning or redeeming points, you agree to these terms, as updated under §9. (h) Taxes — any tax that may apply to rewards you receive is your responsibility. (i) Privacy — how we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy at auraestelle.com/policies/privacy-policy. (j) Limitation of liability — to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the program, and our total liability is limited as set out in §10. (k) A privilege, not a right — participation in the program is a privilege we offer, not a right; we may suspend or end your participation, or the program itself, as set out in these terms. (l) Time to bring a claim — to the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the program must be started within one year after the event that gave rise to it.

12. Dispute resolution and arbitration (U.S. customers). Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and limits class actions. This section applies only to customers who are residents of the United States, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and does not apply where prohibited. (a) Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to contact us at care@auraestelle.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. (b) Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Estelle Points program or these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. (c) Class-action waiver. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action; the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. (d) Small-claims exception. Either of us may instead bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court. (e) 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver section by emailing care@auraestelle.com within 30 days of first participating in the program, stating your name and that you opt out; opting out does not affect the rest of these terms. (f) Severability. If the class-action waiver in (c) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim alone will proceed in court and the rest of this section still applies.
