Tracking: We ship parcels via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator/DHL/UniUni. For parcels shipping through Canada Post, once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For detailed updates, track via the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT and duties on EU and UK orders: For orders shipped to the European Union with a value at or under €150, we collect VAT at checkout under our IOSS registration. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom with a value under £135, we collect UK VAT at checkout in the same way. We have already paid that VAT for you, so you should not be asked for it again when your parcel arrives.
Orders above those amounts, and orders to countries where we are not registered to collect tax at checkout, are handled at the border instead. VAT and any duty that applies are charged when the parcel enters your country, and the carrier collects them from you before delivery, sometimes with a handling or advance payment fee of its own. These charges are set by your government, not by Aura Estelle. We have no control over the amount and we are not able to refund them. Your order confirmation always shows any tax we collected at checkout.
If you are ever asked to pay VAT on an order where we already collected it at checkout, please email care@auraestelle.com with a photo of the notice. We will take it up with the carrier and make it right for you.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made before a parcel is processed. If undelivered due to an address change, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are not accepted during Holiday Seasons (Oct-Jan). During Non-Holiday Seasons (Feb-Sept), requests are only accepted for open orders. Contact us via email (care@auraestelle.com) or online chat as soon as you place your orders. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee combined shipping for fulfilled orders or requests outside business hours.
Missing/Unavailable Items: If items are unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will contact you. If no response is received within 20 days, we will refund the missing item and ship the remaining items.

Please note that this estimate does not include weekends or holidays, and delivery time is not guaranteed. All orders come with tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please be patient as tracking may be slow to update online.
