Tracking: We ship parcels via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator/DHL/UniUni. For parcels shipping through Canada Post, once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For detailed updates, track via the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT and Duties on European Orders: We do not offer any DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for Europe. Every order we ship to the EU and the UK is sent DAP (Delivered At Place), which means import taxes and duties are not included in what you pay us.
VAT is not collected at checkout. When your parcel arrives in your country, your local customs authority charges VAT, plus any duty that applies. The carrier collects this from you before delivery and may add its own handling or advance payment fee. These charges are set by your government, not by Aura Estelle. We have no control over the amount and we are not able to refund them.
If any shipping or customs document that arrives with your parcel shows the term DDP or Delivered Duty Paid, it is an error on the carrier paperwork. No Aura Estelle order to Europe is shipped duty paid. Please contact us at care@auraestelle.com and we will take it up with the carrier.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made before a parcel is processed. If undelivered due to an address change, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are not accepted during Holiday Seasons (Oct-Jan). During Non-Holiday Seasons (Feb-Sept), requests are only accepted for open orders. Contact us via email (care@auraestelle.com) or online chat as soon as you place your orders. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee combined shipping for fulfilled orders or requests outside business hours.
Missing/Unavailable Items: If items are unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will contact you. If no response is received within 20 days, we will refund the missing item and ship the remaining items.

Please note that this estimate does not include weekends or holidays, and delivery time is not guaranteed. All orders come with tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please be patient as tracking may be slow to update online.
