Cancelations, Returns and Exchanges
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once your order is placed, our team will make every effort to fulfill it as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your email requesting changes or cancellations will be responded to before your order is processed.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
Once your order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns / Exchanges
Orders with Personalization: All orders with personalization are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Oops Sale Product: All ‘Oops’ products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure of the quality of the product, please request a confirmation email that will include a photo of any defects at the time of placing your order.
Pre-Orders: All preorders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy applies from the moment the preorder is placed due to the nature of preorder production. Thank you for your understanding.
Regular Orders: If you are not happy with your purchase in anyway, please email us within 14 days of delivery per tracking record. Please note return postage and original postage paid in order will not be refunded or reimbursed.
