How it works
1 · Shop
Eligible orders earn 3 points per $1 of merchandise subtotal, after any discounts. (Shipping, taxes, and gift-card purchases don’t earn points.) No signup, no card: your checkout email is your account.
2 · Earn
Points land in your account after your order is paid — for example, a $66 merchandise subtotal earns 198 points. The points you’ve already earned never lose their value.
3 · Spend
Sign in at checkout and tap “Apply store credit” — your points apply straight to your order, with no minimum. Save them up or use them every time. (Points are store credit, not cash, and can’t be exchanged for cash except where the law requires.)
Shopping through a creator?
If your first-ever order arrives through one of our creators’ links, you also get a 500-point welcome bonus on top of the points your order already earns. One per customer, for first-time customers only (returning customers don’t qualify) — we may confirm eligibility.
Questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every eligible paid order earns points automatically using your checkout email. There is nothing to join and no card to carry. Points are earned on the merchandise subtotal after discounts — shipping, taxes, and gift-card purchases don’t earn.
What are my points worth?
Your points are store credit, ready to spend at checkout — you’ll see their value there and on your account page. The points you’ve already earned keep their full value: if we ever change the program, it only affects points earned afterward.
How do I spend my points?
Sign in at checkout (your email + a one-time code). Your balance appears as store credit with an Apply store credit button — tap it and it pays toward your order, with no minimum. If your balance is bigger than the order, the rest stays in your account for next time.
Do my points expire?
Not today — your earned points don’t expire, and we have no plans to change that. Points from an order, a creator welcome bonus, a newsletter credit, or a referral reward stay in your account until you use them. If we ever introduce an expiry, we’ll give notice first and it would apply only to points you earn afterward — never to points already in your account. (Birthday and referral gift codes are separate one-time discount codes and do have their own expiry date, shown on each code.)
What happens if I return something?
The points earned on refunded items are removed from your balance. If you received the 500-point creator welcome bonus and any part of that order is refunded or cancelled, the full 500-point bonus is removed. If your friend’s referral order is refunded or cancelled, the 500-point referral reward is reversed.
Can you take points away?
Points are issued for genuine purchases and rewards. We may withhold, reduce, or cancel points — and pause an account in the program — if we find fraud or abuse (for example, fake or duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or buying and returning items to farm points). Points you’ve honestly earned keep their full value.
What currency are my points in?
Points you earn from shopping are issued in your checkout currency — USD or CAD — and apply at a checkout in that same currency.
Rewards are subject to the Estelle Points Rewards Program Terms — see them for earning, redemption, eligibility, and limits. Open to account holders who are the age of majority in their location; void where prohibited.
