90 Days Limited Warranty Policy

Aura Estelle offers a 90-DAY limited warranty on all products, valid and enforceable only if you purchased directly from us. The following exclusions apply:

  • Oops Sale Products: minor defects due to the nature of the sale are not covered by this warranty. Only ring mechanisms and buttons that do not perform their intended functionality are covered.
  • Dirt/Glue Residual from production: these are not considered quality issues and can be removed with a small amount of non-alcohol hand cream and gentle rubbing with a dry towel.
  • Wrinkles: these are not considered quality issues. For example, wrinkles on bag handles can be removed by stuffing the bag with soft clothing and hanging overnight (a few days in colder areas).
  • Misuse of Products: damage resulting from an accident, improper storage, misuse or abuse, mishandling, exposure to water, chemicals, or other liquids is not covered.
  • Wear and Tear of Products: damage resulting from normal wear and tear unless occurring due to defective workmanship or materials in the hardware of your product is not covered.
  • Transferred/Pre-owned Products: these are not covered by this warranty.
  • Freebies: quality issues with freebies will be offered a one-time replacement. Customer would have to pay for the shipping postage.

To make a claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service team at shop@auraestelle.com with PHOTOS that describe the defective area/part, along with your ORDER#. Once we confirm your claim, we will work with you to offer the best solution, which may include an exchange, repair, or refund.
