Tracking: We ship all parcels via Canada Post. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For more detailed updates, we recommend tracking through the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT: If your order is to the UK, VAT will be collected at checkout. For other European countries, VAT is not collected in your order. You will be charged separately at the time of delivery by local customs.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made BEFORE a parcel is shipped. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an address change, it will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are NOT ACCEPTED during Holiday Seasons (Oct-Jan). During Non-Holiday Seasons (Feb-Sept), requests are only accepted on OPEN ORDERS.
