Cancelations, Returns and Exchanges


If you made a mistake and would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please send us an email at within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order may be fulfilled and extra shipping costs may incur for any further cancellations.  

*Please title your email “24hr order change/cancellation”for faster processing time!

Returns / Exchanges

Customized Purchases: All purchases with personalization are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Non-Customized Purchases: If you are not happy with your non-customized purchase in anyway, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery of the parcel (reference to tracking record). We will send you the return and exchange instruction upon your confirmation.

Note: You will be responsible for any return or reship postages as our profit is not high enough to cover multiple shipping postages. Thanks for your understanding!

Quality Issues

If you notice any quality issues with your purchase, please contact us at within 30 days of delivery of the parcel (reference to tracking record). We will try our best to find a solution to your satisfaction!
