Changes/Cancelations
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once your order is placed, our team will make every effort to fulfill it as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your email requesting changes or cancellations will be responded to before your order is processed.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at shop@auraestelle.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
Once your order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns / Exchanges
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES)
- Personalized items
- Paper products (including TRP sewn-bound planners and hole-punched inserts are final sale due to the delicate nature of the product.)
- Oops sale products (If you’re unsure about the product quality, please request a confirmation email before ordering.)
- Pre-order items
- Special event orders (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.)
REGULAR ORDERS
If you are not happy with your purchase in anyway, please email us within 14 days of delivery per tracking record. Once we approve the return please ship back the item within 30 days. Please note return postage and original postage paid in order will not be refunded or reimbursed.
