Order Changes & Cancellations
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, our team begins preparing it for fulfillment. You may request an order change or cancellation by emailing shop@auraestelle.com as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your request will be processed before fulfillment. If the order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES)
The following categories are final sale:
• Personalized items
• Paper products (including TRP sewn-bound planners and hole-punched inserts)
• Oops sale products
• Pre-order items
• Special Event Orders (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.)
REGULAR ORDERS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 14 days of delivery. After approval, ship the item back within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete addresses. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery due to address errors.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Aura Estelle is not responsible for the delivery of orders once they have been handed over to the carrier. If any issues occur during transit or delivery, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier.
DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
International orders may incur duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD REVIEW
Orders flagged for potential fraud may be delayed or canceled. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
CURRENCY
All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated. Conversion fees may apply.
