Changes/Cancelations

Once order placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order or to make any changes to it. After 24 hours, orders may be fulfilled and extra shipping costs may incur. 

*Please title your email “24hr order change/cancellation”for faster processing!

Returns / Exchanges

Orders with Personalization: All orders with personalization are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Pre-Orders:  Due to the nature of preorder production, all preorders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Regular Orders: If you are not happy with your purchase in anyway, please email us within 14 days of delivery per tracking record.
