We felt some of these planners are not up to our quality standard to be sold at full price but are still beautiful and functions perfectly. We decided to sell them at a discount instead of creating more waste to our planet earth.

Tracking: All parcels are shipped via Canada Post. Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post—for example, USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK. We recommend tracking through the local Post website with the same tracking# for more detailed updates.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
UK VAT: UK orders over GBP135 (not including shipping) will ONLY be charged VAT on shipping postage at checkout. VAT on the product will be charged separately at delivery by the local customs.
EU VAT: EU orders over EURO150 (not including shipping) will ONLY be charged VAT on shipping postage at checkout. VAT on the product will be charged separately at delivery by the local customs.
Address Change: Address can only be changed BEFORE a parcel is shipped. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to address change, it will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Missing/Unavailable Items: On the rare occasion that one or more items in your order are missing/unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will reach out to you via email. If we do not receive a response within 20 days from our very first email, we will have to refund the item and ship any remaining items in your order. Thanks for your understanding.

Canada & USA & International: all orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please refer to the table below for the corresponding service and estimated delivery time in BUSINESS days. Please note this does NOT include weekends or holidays. This is an estimate given by Canada Post. Aura Estelle does not quote shipping times as Canada Post can sometimes take longer than quoted, and delivery time is NOT guaranteed. All orders with tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please be patient as tracking may be slow to update online.
