*In situations where longer-than-usual processing time is required, we will send email notifications before fulfillment.
Tracking: We ship parcels via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator/DHL/UniUni. For parcels shipping through Canada Post, once the parcel arrives in the destination country, services will be transferred to the local post (e.g., USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). For detailed updates, track via the local post website with the same tracking number.
Shipping Cost: Calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT Policy for European Orders:

Orders under €150: VAT will be collected at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. No additional VAT or processing fees should be charged upon delivery.

Orders over €150: VAT will not be pre-collected at checkout. Instead, it will be charged upon delivery in accordance with local VAT laws.
Address Change: Address changes can only be made before a parcel is shipped. If undelivered due to an address change, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and extra costs will apply to reship.
Combined Shipping: Requests are not accepted during Holiday Seasons (Oct-Jan). During Non-Holiday Seasons (Feb-Sept), requests are only accepted for open orders. Contact us via email (shop@auraestelle.com) or online chat as soon as you place your orders. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee combined shipping for fulfilled orders or requests outside business hours.
Missing/Unavailable Items: If items are unavailable due to inventory miscount, we will contact you. If no response is received within 20 days, we will refund the missing item and ship the remaining items.
